My Favorite Handmade Dresses - Daughters Of India

Have you heard of Daughters of India? I’ve owned one of their dresses for almost a year now and this Summer I had the honor of partnering with them and styling several of their dresses. DOI is a Sedex Fair Trade Certified clothing company, known for their stunning bohemian dresses made of breathable, everyday cotton. But they’re not just a slow fashion label, they’re preserving an art form. DOI empowers artisans in Jaipur, India to continue the traditional method of hand block printing fabric and most of their designs feature the eye catching Indian prints you can wear again and again.

Needless to say, I had too much fun creating content for Daughters of India and below is a collection of photos I captured in a few of the dresses they sent me. (sizing details below)

I also saved an entire style session with more DOI dresses to my Instagram highlights, linked here.

Wrap dress in Autumn, fits true to size.

Kyra mini in Ocean Blue, fits true to size.

Sahana gown in Emerald, I sized down in this dress and as you can see it still fits loose. If you’re not sure which size you should take, compare the size chart to your measurements, that helped me!

Here’s a link to my style session again where I share more about DOI as a brand and more dresses of theirs! Linked here.
